Welcome to our Online Services: https://kona.yoga (“Website”). Our online services are operated by Kona Yoga s.r.o. (“Kona Yoga”, “us”, “we” or “our” for short).

“You” and “your” means you as the user of our Online Services.

We have set out the terms under which we are providing you with access to our online services. These include the terms and conditions that govern:

  • your rights to use and link to our online services (“Online Services Terms of Use”);

  • how we will use and protect information about you and

  • our booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

General Terms

  • All prices are in Euro (EUR).

  • The duration of the class or session is 60 or 90 minutes unless otherwise informed.

  • No-shows will be deducted from your package or balance unless the booking is canceled or rescheduled within the permitted timeframe. If you have an unlimited package and do not show up for a booked class without canceling in advance, your package will be paused until the missed class fee is paid.

  • Class package holders can apply to ‘freeze’ their package once during the package validity period via a written request online via email to konayogini@gmail.com. In all cases, the Management has the right to ask for supporting documentation. To freeze a package a client must make the request via email 5 days prior to the freeze start date stating the duration to suspend the pass in order for the request to take effect. Suspension cannot be backdated. (However, suspensions requested for medical reasons may exceed 60 days when accompanied by a doctor’s note)

  • Your booking is guaranteed until the start time of the class, after which we will give any available spots per the waiting list.

  • The last entry is 15 minutes past the scheduled class start time.

  • All payments, once processed, are non-refundable with no exceptions.

  • Special events, like courses and workshops, are not included in packages or memberships.

  • Class packages are personal to the client and are non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances a transfer will be considered at the discretion of the Management; however, an administration fee would be applicable. A member may not loan his/her membership to be used by a third party.

  • The Management reserves the right to periodically review their prices, charges, and fees and implement these accordingly.

  • If only one person has booked a group class, the class may be canceled, and you will receive a cancellation email.

Online bookings

  • Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance. We accept online payments by card.

Payment

If the Online booking is paid by debit or credit card, you authorise Kona Yoga to debit the card provided by you without notice to you. When paying at the front desk, you can use any major credit or debit card.

Cancellation policy

  • early cancellations (up to 10 hours before the start of class). You can cancel class bookings up to 10 hours in advance.

  • late cancellations (within 10 hours of the start of class). We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but canceling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 10 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your pass or refunded.

  • Be aware that a 1 euro processing fee for ALL cancelations is in place.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes after the class has started (or for meditation classes, any time after the class start time), you will not be able to attend the class and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • Please always check in at the front desk before your class, otherwise, we will charge you as a no-show.

Refund Policy

We do not offer a by default refund to payment method for services booked in case there is no reason for the cancelation from our end. In case of cancellation of a purchased service from our end, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Be aware that a 1 euro processing fee for ALL cancelations is in place.
