Service Description

Yoga asanas were created to help you sit longer in your meditation practice and enter it with ease. Poses will help you to prepare for a 30 minutes meditation afterwards. Meditation eliminates the three causes of all unhappiness: craving, aversion, and ignorance. Combination of two practices is the best way to keep your body-mind-spirit happy and free.
